clean refrigerator Sunday... not! Plus can you say whoa! that's a lot of debt!

Well really it sort of is I did start with the refrigerator in our kitchen. I emptied what needed to go and wiped down two shelves. That is about all I will get done today. We have meat that needs to be ground into hamburger and I will spend another half hour trying to find the adapter piece for my kitchen aid mixer.  Today is a no school day... church and playing for them, work and cleaning for me and DH is doing outside work.

I am really working diligently to pay off all our debt so getting homeschool materials at the lowest price possible is important to me. This week did not see any bill paid completely off but this is the third month in a row I have not dipped into our LOC at the bank.  That is really good for me anyway.

I plan to sell stuff at a garage sale, but I am struggling. Here is my dilemma our church started having a yard sale each spring to raise money for missions. So each spring that I have thought I would sell some stuff to raise money to pay down my debt I feel guilty and end up sending the stuff to the church.  Sounds silly I suppose...

So I thought perhaps I should make things to sell on Ebay or Etsy or something like that?

I can enlist the help of the little ones in filling the rice warmers, if I don't mind taking twice as long and lots of rice on the floor!

These "family" wipes are handy for low budget months, or just to be more "green".

I made this set for number eight because A) she is a "tree hugger" lol! B) They always have more month than money and C) These are much softer on her little guy's tushie.

Let me know if think any of these ideas would help raise enough money to end my debt crisis.  Oh I didn't mention the total of my debt did I? Total is $221,000 + or - a few dollars.  Crazy right?!

The details of this debt will be in another post. But for the most part it is consumer debt....and a lot of stupid debt.  However for this week all current bills are paid and it feels great!  There is enough left to pay off Target or one past due medical bill.

I have to look at my budget tally, but I think Target will be the bill paid off, I will keep you posted on this issue.
